Well, the FW and I went out on Saturday with our realtor and looked at 3 places, and totally fell in love with one of them. We put together a bid, submitted it today, and it was accepted! We are now homeowners. Totally cool! I feel so grown-up now. Details to follow.

Thanks, it all happened really fast! It won't really hit me until we make that 1st mortgage payment.
